The agency was founded by Tamaka Graham. Whom has a degree (BS) in Healthcare Administration. She has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. As a mother Tamaka has always been a caretaker. After caring for her terminally ill mother, she became even more passionate about patients choice to receive quality healthcare and healing in the comfort of their own home. This ultimately led to Tamaka implementing a team approach to maximize home and community based services(HCBS).
